WILLIAMS, Jerry Glenn - Of Flint, age 66, died Friday, December 9, 2011 at Genesys Regional Medical Center.
Funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint.
Pastor Michael Stallard officiating.
Burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Disabled Veterans
of America.
Visitation 1-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Jerry was born in Flint on January 7, 1945, and was a resident of Flint all of his life. Jerry served his country in the United States Army in Vietnam. He worked at General Motors for 36 years and was a member of VFW Chevrolet #3087. Jerry attended Fenton Road Baptist Church. He enjoyed dancing and spending time with his grandchildren.
Surviving are son, Jeremy and wife Kristen;
daughter, Jamie Williams;
grandchildren, Jace, Kalen and Landon Williams;
and brother, Jimmie Williams.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Linn and Martha Williams, brother, Robert Williams and sister, Shirley Williams.
