SWEERS, Ronald – of Burton, MI, age 87, passed away Thursday, January 30, 2025 at North Naples Community Hospital in Naples, FL. A Private Service will be held at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Road, Davison, MI 48423; Pastor Bryan Spooner officiating. Interment will be in Davison Cemetery. The family will welcome visitors from 3-7 PM on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at the funeral home.
Ronald was born in Flint, MI on October 8, 1937, son of the late Clarence and Lena (Hill) Sweers. Ronald proudly served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps. He owned and operated a roofing business in Burton for over 62 years.
Ronald is survived by his loving wife, Joyce; children, Kathryn (Gene) Brennan and Gregory (Melody) Sweers; 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren; many other loving family members and friends.
