Nault, Dena M. of Flushing, age 73, died Thursday, November 9, 2017, at her home. Funeral Mass will be 11 a.m. Monday, November 13, 2017, at St. Robert Catholic Church. Fr. Anthony Brooks will officiate. Burial will follow at St. Robert Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Sunday at Rossell Funeral Home and 10 a.m. Monday at the church until the time of the service. A Rosary will be prayed 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Dena was born in Flint, Michigan on January 13, 1944, the daughter of William and Rita (Straka) Haggadone. She married William Nault on July 15, 1972, in Flint. Dena was a member of St. Robert Catholic Church where she was a founding member of the K of C Women’s Auxiliary. She was also a member of ESA International Sorority. Dena enjoyed embroidery, but her greatest joy was spending time with her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 45 years, William; children, Brian and wife Heather Nault of Brighton, Ryan and wife Jennifer Nault of Fenton, Erin Nowosielski of Montrose, Jaimie and husband Jeremy McTaggart of Sterling; grandchildren, Tatiana, Nicholas, Kelsey, Cherokee, Mahala, Selu, Serena, Emilia, Joshua; and sisters, Barbara Haggadone, Pamela and husband Ralph Dart, Deborah and husband Richard Shanks. Dena was preceded in death by her parents and twin brother, Dale Haggadone.
