HALL, Vada Marie - Of Grand Blanc, age 87, passed away Sunday, December 7, 2025, at her residence.
Funeral service will be held 11am Friday, December 12, 2025, at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint.
Visitation 5:30-8pm Thursday at the funeral home.
Burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
Vada was born in Grayson, Kentucky on January 22, 1938, the daughter of the late Sam and Bessie (Johnson) Kouns. On January 22, 1954, she married William Hall in Kentucky. She enjoyed gardening, doing yard work and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Vada was a devout Christian and a member of Higher Praise Church. She wanted to live a good life so she would make it to Heaven.
Surviving are children, Billy (Carol) Hall, Brenda (Bill) Johnson;
Grandchildren, Becky (Tom) Rozich, David (Lindsay) Johnson and Cassandra (Tom) Jackson;
Adopted grandchildren, Clayton Hall and Kim Dixon;
Great-grandchildren, Gavin Johnson, Madison Johnson, Tilon Jackson, Trenton Jackson, Silas Jackson, Emily Geraty, Cheyanne Doorenbos and Nathan Blackmer.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William, 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
