McCORMICK, Francene Celia “Babe” - Of Grand Blanc, age 83, died Sunday, November 12, 2017 at her residence.
Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, November 16, 2017 at Goodrich United Methodist Church, 8072 State Road, Goodrich, Pastor Joel Walther officiating.
Those desiring may make contributions to Goodrich United Methodist Church Women’s Club.
Visitation 10 a.m. Thursday at church until the time of the service.
Francene was born in Waterford, Michigan on June 22, 1934, the daughter of the late Theodore and Bernita (Orr) Johnson.
On December 27, 1952 she married William McCormick in Goodrich.
She was a member of the Goodrich United Methodist Church-Women’s Club, Goodrich Women’s Club and the Red Hat Society.
Francene loved the company of her grandchildren, celebrating her children and grandchildren’s birthdays. She loved keeping the family together.
She loved Goodrich sports and watching sports on television.
She enjoyed time spent in Mesick, Michigan with her husband.
Surviving are sons, Bob and wife Glenda,
Thom and wife Lynette,
Kelly and wife Jane,
Bill and wife Lisa;
12 grandchildren and
10 great-grandchildren.
