Cynthia Ann Bloomer passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 among loved ones. A Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 PM Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at Westside Baptist Church in Flushing, Michigan. Pastor Ronald Emmerling officiating. The family will receive visitors on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 from 10am until time of service at 12pm.

Cindy was born on July 1, 1947 and passed away at the young age of 71. Cindy was born and raised in NY and graduated from Bellaire High School. She attended New York City’s high school of performing arts, majoring in ballet. Trained at the school of American ballet. Danced in “The Nutcracker” for six years. She also danced in the first televised Nutcracker.

While studying at the school of American ballet also studied Ann Hutchison‘s art of writing dance - Labanotation - Cynthia has danced beside some of the most prestigious dancers of all time. In addition, Cindy modeled for the William Schuller Modeling Agency and appeared in West Side Story, also “Brigadoom” with a long list of others. Eventually, retired from dance, Cindy worked as an Administrative Secretary. Later, Loved being a full time Mom.

The best days of Cindy’s life was marrying her Soul Mate William Adam Bloomer meeting in Houston, Texas. The two married on July 6, 1985. 33 amazing years of standing and dancing beside one another. They were best friends. A true inspiration of what marriage represents. They adopted a puppy named Cocoa who made everyone smile.

Cindy enjoyed theater, dance, music, playing games and spending time with family and friends. Cindy loved to laugh and make others laugh. She always welcomed people with open arms. Cindy also started a small blanket business called Creative Blankets by Cindy. Most blankets were created and given away always to loved ones as a gift. Cindy attended Westside Baptist Church in Flushing.

Surviving are: Husband William Adam Bloomer; Son, Jon David Williams; Daughter, Stacey Ann (Williams) Gratson; Son-in-Law, Todd Joseph Gratson; Granddaughter, Sierra June Williams; Nephew, Rob Eden; Nephew, Eric (Sharon) Eden; Niece, Melissa (Steve) King; Father and Mother in law, Vernard and Maria Bloomer; Brother-in-law, Tony (Trina) Bloomer; Brother-in-law, David (Jackie) Bloomer. Cindy was preceded in death by her parents; Father Gustave Eden and Mother Rose Eden; Brother, Bruce Eden.
