Ronald D. Driskill age 76 of Owosso, passed away Thursday, August 28, 2025 at Oliver Woods Nursing Home. A funeral service will be 11:00 AM on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at Watkins Brothers Funeral Homes, Jennings-Lyons Chapel. Family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until the time of the service. Burial will follow to Maple Grove Cemetery in Ovid.
Ronald Dean Driskill was born August 13, 1949 in Blytheville, AK a son of Elbert and Vilda (Cheek) Driskill. On December 27, 1975 he married Susan Hamilton. Ronald enjoyed genealogy, electronics, hunting, fishing, traveling, repairing things and U of M sports. Prior to his retirement, he worked as an electrician for 43 years.
Ronald is survived by his wife, Susan Driskill; children, Scott (Brandie) McGregor, Sandy (Michael) Steiner, Ron (Jenni) Driskill II and Courtney Schlaud; 7 grandchildren; brothers, Jim, Gary, and Mike Driskill; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Elbert and Vilda; and brother, Danny Driskill.
