SIMMONDS, Patricia Marie of Davison formerly of Otisville age 81 passed away Wednesday January 11, 2012 at Genesys Hospice Care Center, Goodrich. Funeral service will be held at 12:00 noon Saturday January 14, 2012 at Calvary Presbyterian Church 6100 Richfield Rd. Flint. Rev. Harold K. Polk officiating. Private burial at Flint Memorial Park. Family will receive visitors from 4-8 pm Thursday and 1-8 pm Friday at the funeral home. Pat will lie in state at the church from 11:00 am Saturday until time of services. Those desiring may make contributions in her memory to Genesys Hospice. Patricia was born in Flint, Michigan, November 11, 1930 the daughter of the late Walter and Mary Opal (Muston) Coyle and has resided in the Otisville – Davison area most of her life. She was joined in marriage to Edwin “Ed” Simmonds Nov. 3, 1951 and he preceded her in death March 8, 1993. She was a member of Calvary Presbyterian Church. Pat had been employed by LakeVille Community School until her retirement. She leaves in memory her cherished daughters; Karla & Jim Hansen of Davison, Sue & Bob DeJaegher of Tenn. Lorie & Trevor Smith of Davison. Grandchildren: Kristen & Dan Bullock, Katie Hansen, Eric & Jenny DeJaegher, Amber & Mike Johnson, Logan and Camden Smith. Great grandchildren: Kendall Bullock, Ben and Jude DeJaegher, and Reese Johnson. Brother Richard Coyle, sister in law Phyllis Coyle, and a host of other relatives.
