TOWNSEND, REGINA “GINA”– Of Swartz Creek, age 75, died September 10, 2025, at LaVigne Home for Compassionate Care.
Memorial service will be held Saturday, September 13, 2025, at 1pm at Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint. Pastor Sarah LaRose-Nettell officiating.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, from 12pm till the time of service at the funeral home.
Cremation has taken place.

Regina was born in Owosso, Michigan on February 1, 1950, the daughter of the late Harvey and Charlotte (Marshall) Schneider.
Regina was an avid reader, and she loved her family and especially spending time with her grandchildren.
Surviving are her children, Shannon and Fiancé Matt Samolej, Tami and husband Steve Walser, Damon and wife Nancy Townsend and Tracie and husband Matt Bainbridge; grandchildren, Emma, Makenna and Joshua; siblings, Judy Collins and companion Will, Tim and wife Kathy Schneider, Pat and husband Ray Beaver, Joan Mondeau and Paul Schneider; former husband and friend Larry Townsend.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Bill.
