Age 75, of Flushing, Michigan passed away on Sunday, August 2, 2026. In accordance with her wishes, cremation will take place. A celebration of life will be held on Friday August 14, 2026 at Detroit Cremation Society. Family will be present to receive friends from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm. Expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family on Eileen’s tribute wall at detroitcremationsociety.com.
Eileen Marie Anderson was born on October 26, 1950, in Flint, Michigan, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert and Helen (Zalizny) Hutchins. She was devoted to her family and married for 55 years. She was a hard worker. Recently retired she was also loved at her job. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt.
She is survived by her husband Dennis Anderson, daughter Kristi Anderson, son Dennis Anderson, granddaughter Sienna Williams, brother Micheal (Joanie) Hutchins, brother Mark Hutchins, sister Mary Mueller, brother Steve Hutchins, and sister Karen Hutchins. Sister-in-law Wendy Cummings and brother-in-law Edward (Beth) Anderson. Also, many nieces and nephews.
Eileen was preceded in death by Father Robert Hutchins, Mother Helen Hutchins, brothers Ken Hutchins and Robert Hutchins. Uncles Matthew (Kay) Zalizny and Thomas Zalizny. |
