VanKeuren, Leah Terese - Age 71, of Grand Blanc, passed away Saturday, March 7, 2026. Funeral service will be held 1 PM Thursday, March 12, 2026 at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, 5005 McCandlish Rd, Grand Blanc. Pastor Samuel Hacker officiating. Visitation will be held at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek Wednesday from 4-8 PM and at church Thursday from 12 PM until the time of the service. Those desiring may make contributions to the Genesee County Humane Society.
Leah was born August 23, 1954 in Flint, the daughter of Alexander and Lorena (Griffin) Weber. She was a 1972 graduate of Swartz Creek High School; and she received her Associates in Nursing from Mott Community College. She had resided in Grand Blanc for the past 25 years coming from Gaines. Leah retired in 2019 from Ascension Genesys. She was a member of Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Grand Blanc. She enjoyed traveling.
Surviving are: her son, Terry (Taylor) VanKeuren, Jr. of Lapeer; grandson, Terry III; her son's father, Terry VanKeuren, Sr. of Lapeer; siblings, Sharon (Mel) Nemeitz of Neillsville, WI, Marlene Brown of Swartz Creek, Teresa (Myron) Muter of Port Hope, Bill (Jenny) Weber of Gaines, and John (Michelle) Weber of Swartz Creek; her best friend, Christina Carver of Grand Blanc; and several nieces and nephews.
