BOLIN, Eulaine P. – Of Genesee Township, age 89, died Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at Hurley Medical Center.
Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, July 29, 2019 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Pastor Sarah LaRose-Nettell officiating.
Burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The Salvation Army or Genesee County Animal Shelter.
Visitation 12 p.m. Monday until the time of the service at 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
Eulaine was born in Flint, Michigan on July 3, 1930, the daughter of the late William and Lena (Radway) Hildenbrand.
On April 2, 1979 she married Bill Bolin and he preceded her in death in 2010.
Eulaine was devoted to her family and home, and enjoyed bible study with the Jehovah’s Witnesses.
She loved flowers and gardening, had a green thumb and also loved birds and animals.
She kept a spotless house, saying ”cleanliness is next to Godliness.”
Surviving are children, Mary (Hal) Birmingham, Nancy (Donald) Anderson, Becky (Chuck) Sain, William Farmer and Debra Stanton;
grandchildren, Leslie, Melissa, Don Don, Valerie, Samantha, William, Demi and Danielle;
great-grandchildren, Caleb, Preston, Shelby and Velrin;
her faithful companions, her dog, Ginger; her cats, Stripes and Mr. Kitty.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Bolin; sister, Maryetta Mueller and grandson, Chad Sain.
