WALSH, Fredrick M. - age 66, of Grand Blanc, died Sunday, April 12, 2015 Visitation will be held 2-4 and 6-9 PM Friday, April 17, 2015 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint. No formal funeral service will be held. Mr. Walsh was born April 16, 1948 in Flint, the son of Fredrick B. and Ann (Krzyzanowsky) Walsh. He married Terry Thomas on December 4, 1971. Mr. Walsh retired from Buick Motor Division in 2006 and had worked at Fisher Body I. He was an Alternate Committeeman for U.A.W. Local 599 and 581. Mr. Walsh enjoyed spending time outdoors especially hunting and fishing. Surviving are: wife, Terry of Grand Blanc; two children, Joceline (John) Fish of Linden and Freddy Walsh (Alisha Mitchell) of Linden; seven grandchildren, Tyler, Kevin, Zachary, Austin, Kayla, Mikaylah, and Zoey; two siblings, Tammy (Dennis) Matecun of Hudson, OH, Rod (Cheryl) Walsh of Mt. Vernon, WA; two nieces and two nephews also survive. His parents preceded him in death. Friends may share an online tribute on the obituary page of www.sharpfuneralhomes.com. |
