GREENE, Patricia “Pat” A. (Hilgendorf) – of Davison, age 91, passed away Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at Rose Cottage Senior Living in Davison. A Funeral Service will be held 11 AM Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Road, Davison, MI 48423; Pastor Todd Frusti officiating. Interment will immediately follow in Green Corners Cemetery – Hadley, MI. The family will welcome visitors from 3-7 PM on Tuesday, May 26 at the funeral home. There will be one hour of visitation prior to the service on Wednesday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Outreach East or Alzheimer’s Association or Rose Cottage Senior Living, in Patricia’s memory.
Pat was born in Flint, MI on December 1, 1934 daughter of the late Walter and Helen (Hayes) Hilgendorf. She married Hugh Greene on February 28, 1953 and he preceded her in death on November 23, 2013 after 60 years. Together, they owned and operated Rollaway Lanes in Davison since 1955. She graduated from Davison in 1952 and was Miss Davison. Pat was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church for 70+ years. She was involved with the Choir for many years, Stephen Ministry and the Ladies Circle. Pat took pride in taking her grandchildren to Sunday School, picking them up after school on Wednesday for dinner and taking them to Weekday School.
Pat is survived by her loving children, Linda (Bob) Beckelic, Peggy (Ron) Bray, Keith (Maggie) Greene, Diane (Terry) Oistad and Tracy (Tammy) Greene; 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and one on the way; 3 great-great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Patty Hilgendorf; best friend, Sue Wakeman; and many other loving family members, friends, lifelong customers and loyal employees. She was preceded in death by brothers, Marvin (Janet) Hilgendorf, Pete (Marilyn) Hilgendorf and Roger Hilgendorf. The family would like to give a special thank you to Rose Cottage Senior Living for her excellent care that was given by her loving caregivers, Sheila, Stephanie and Fallon.
