WEST, Julie Ann (Heavner) – of Burton, age 82, passed away August 25, 2021. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held 5:00 PM Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison; Pastor Sarah LaRose-Nettell officiating. The family will receive visitors from 3-5 PM Wednesday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or the Humane Society of Genesee County.
Julie was born in Flint, MI on August 30, 1938, daughter of the late, Earl and LaRaine (Packer) Heavner. She married Donald James West on June 30, 1956.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the caretakers at Suncrest for their loving care and compassion.
Julie is survived by her son, Kevin (Connie), their children, Casey (Samantha) and Korey (Katherine); son, Scott, his children, Jason (Samantha) and Eric (Jamie); son Todd (Sandy), their children, Ryan (Paige), Sara, Erin (Tony) and Dana (Chris); daughter, RaShelle (Kevin); their children, Heather (Justin), Ashley, Kami (Jason) and Kyle (Jaime); many great-grandchildren; siblings, Dallas, Dawn, John, Sibyl, Robin, Cindy, Bryce and Tammy; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Julie was preceded in death by her loving husband, Donald.
