Mrs. Elsie M. Glover was born April 18, 1923 in Phillies County, Popular Grove, Arkansas, the daughter of Issaac Gist and Vester Brown. Mrs. Glover was a resident of Flint. She was mainstay in the old Warren Street area by Buick and was known and loved by everyone there.
Mrs. Elsie M. Glover leaves to cherish her memory: 3 daughters, Earnestine Harmon of Dundee, MS, Gayle Bowen of Tucson, AZ and Faye Glover; 2 sons, Melvin and Eric Glover, both of Flint; a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; 3 sisters; 2 brothers; many nieces and nephews; 2 sisters-in-law; a host of other relatives and friends.
Mrs. Glover was preceded in death by her husband, C.T. Gist; daughter, Shirley; parents, Issac Gist and Vester Brown; sisters, Alma, Gladys and Jerry; and brother, Garland.
The family would like to express special thanks to McLaren Hospice and Dr. Samasandrapalya Kiran.
