LANDIS, Elizabeth "Ann" - Age 85, of Fenton, passed away Sunday, October 12, 2025. Funeral services will be held 1:30 pm Saturday, October 18, 2025 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton (The service will be live streamed and can be viewed via Ann's obituary page at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com). Visitation will be held at the funeral home Saturday from 11:00 am until the time of the service. Those desiring may make contributions to a charity of your choice in Ann's name.
Ann was born November 4, 1939 in Mariemont, OH, the daughter of William and Gertrude (Melampy) Bausmith. She was a 1957 graduate of Mariemont High School in Mariemont, OH; and she received a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Miami University Oxford, OH. She married Terry Gene Landis October 15, 1960 in Richmond, IN. She had resided in Fenton for the past 46 years, coming from Milford, OH. Ann enjoyed crafting, sewing, crocheting, gardening and most of all taking care of her grandchildren. Ann was a loving wife, mother and grandmother
Surviving are: her husband of 65 years, Terry; sons, Reid Landis of Davison, Laird (Mardell) Landis of Rock Hill, SC and Burke (Kathy) Landis of Davidson, NC; grandchildren, Melodie, Austin, Logan, Rorke, Stella, Eva and Cash Landis; sister-in-law, Becky Jones of Mariemont, OH; former daughter-in-law, Michelle Landis of Flushing; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Gertrude Bausmith; and brother, William Bausmith. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com. |
