WRIGHT, Gregory Scott – of Davison, age 62, passed away on January 23, 2026. A Funeral Service will be held 11 AM on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison, MI 48423; Pastor Jon Gildner officiating. Interment will be in Pine Grove Cemetery. The family will welcome visitors from 4-7 PM on Friday, January 30, 2026. There will be one hour of visitation prior to the service on Saturday, beginning at 10 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Central Church of the Nazarene, in Greg’s memory.
Greg was born April 24, 1963, in Mt. Pleasant, MI, son of the late Ronald and Carol (Kaufield) Wright. He married Susan Lang on September 9, 1983. He loved going to church, working at Case Construction, and helping everyone he met. He was a devoted son, husband, father, and grandfather.
Greg is survived by his wife, Sue; his children: Justin Wright, Christopher (Amanda) Wright, Jacob (Ashley) Wright, and Aleesa (Vince) Hounshell; grandchildren: Jackson, Owen, Benjamin, Gavin, and Beau; brother, Steve (Jennifer) Wright; sister, Susie (Brian) Smith: nieces and nephew. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ron and Carol Wright, and parents-in-law, Eugene and Barbara Lang.
