Kretzer (Promenchenkel), Janet Helene, age 71, of Mt. Morris. God gained an angel on Dec. 12, 2017. A funeral will be held 6pm, Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at Dodds Dumanois Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 901 Garland St. Flint, MI. Family will receive visitors from 12noon until time of service Wednesday at the funeral home. Janet was born August 2, 1946 in Flint MI, the daughter of Lavern Carl and Mamie (Tebo) Promenchenkel. She married Morris Martin Kretzer, Sr. April 8, 1963. Janet was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was a loving homemaker who loved spending every moment with family. She enjoyed crocheting and prided herself in making amazing food for those that she loved. Janet is survived by her husband Morris of 54 years, children Morris Jr., Mamie and Michelle. Janet is leaving behind her beloved grandchildren: Mike (Amber), Elizabeth, Anthony (Tyslee), and Allan; 5 great grandchildren; Also, many nieces and nephews in which she had made a huge impact in their lives. Janet was preceded in death by her parents, 3 brothers and 1 sister; Therefore, leaving behind her only living sibling, Sally Drumm.
