Slezak, Jeffrey “Jeff”- of Davison, age 31, passed away July 18, 2020. Cremation has already taken place. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated 1 PM Friday, July 24, 2020 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 404 N. Dayton St., Davison; Rev. Fr. Andrew A. Czajkowski celebrant. The family will receive visitors on Friday from 11 AM until the time of mass at the church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a Scholarship Fund at https://gf.me/u/yhmwi8 in Jeff’s name.
Jeff was born in Flint, MI on July 20, 1988, the son of Kenneth and Stephanie (Streit) Slezak. Jeff loved life and he sure knew how to have a good time. This included laughing and bringing joy to others. He enjoyed watching and playing sports with family and friends, going to the casino and watching movies. In the summer, you could find him by a campfire, listening to music and creating memories with family and friends. Jeff loved being an uncle. He spent most days going the extra mile to put a smile on the faces of his nieces and nephews. Jeff was great at reminding others to slow down and appreciate the little things. We love you and will miss you, but you will never be forgotten. Until we meet again.
Jeff is survived by his parents; Ken and Stephanie; 4 siblings, Brian (Meghan) Slezak, Matthew (Jessica) Slezak, Emily (Trevor) Mosier and Jacob Slezak. Jeff was the proud uncle of Noah, Emma, Lily Slezak and Myles Mosier; grandparents, Bob (Marilyn) Slezak, Mary Ellen Streit; many aunts, uncles and cousins. Jeff was preceded in death by grandfather, Leon Streit.
