TAYLOR, Betty V. - of Davison, formerly of Flint, age 86, went to be with her Lord on Monday, December 15, 2025 at her home, with her family by her side. A Funeral Service will be held at 12 PM on Monday, December 22, 2025, at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison, MI 48423, with Minister Travis Toye officiating. Burial in Sunset Hills Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 11 AM until the time of service on Monday at Allen Funeral Home.
Betty was born in Lepanto, Arkansas on April 10, 1939, daughter of the late Walter and Ethel (Pace) Sullins. She married Harry Taylor on June 22, 1957, at the Zimmerman Street Church of Christ in Flint. He preceded her in death on September 3, 1994. She was a member of the Swartz Creek Church of Christ. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to many.
Those left to cherish her memory are her 3 daughters, Sandy and husband Tom Holthofer of Flint; Lisa and husband Ronnie Morgan of Wetumpka, Alabama; and Marla and husband Dan Maguffee of Davison; 8 grandchildren, Chelsea (Jared) Jones,Joseph (Taylor) Janning, Zachary (Khrisee) Morgan, Harrison (Charalyn) Morgan, Laura (Luke) Quinn, Madison (Tanner) Johnston, Abby Maguffee, and Hannah Morgan; 11 great-grandchildren; and beloved sister, Sue Sergent. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Ethel (Pace) Sullins; husband, Harry Taylor, and special cousins, Colleen Anderson and Pat Beckwith.
