VOIGHT, Adelheid Margaret (Wolfarth) – of Davison, MI, age 85, passed away Saturday, July 4, 2026. Private interment in Davison Cemetery. A Memorial Service will be held 11 AM Saturday, July 18, 2026 at Davison Free Methodist Church, 502 Church Street, Davison, MI 48423; Pastor Shane Bengry officiating. The family will receive visitors 10-11 AM Saturday, July 18, 2026 at Davison Free Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Davison Free Methodist Church, in Adelheid’s memory.
Adelheid was born in Stuttgart, Germany on July 25, 1940, daughter of the late Karl and Elsie Wolfarth. On October 6, 1979, Adelheid married the love of her life, David Voight. Together they shared many cherished years until his passing on September 25, 2012. Adelheid found great joy in life's simple blessings. She loved feeding the birds that visited her yard, taking long, peaceful walks, and creating lasting memories with her family and friends. A woman of steadfast faith, Adelheid was a devoted attendee of Davison Free Methodist Church, where she found strength, fellowship, and a deep sense of peace. She will be remembered for her gentle spirit, compassionate heart, quiet grace, and the love she so freely shared. Her life was a beautiful reminder that the greatest legacy we leave behind is the kindness we extend, the faith we live, and the love we give to others.
Adelheid is survived by many loving family members and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Karl and Elsie Wolfarth and her husband, David Voight.
