FENLON, Wayne - Of Davison, age 64, died Saturday, August 17, 2019 at his residence.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11am Friday, August 23, 2019 at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 2415 Bagley Street, Flint.
Father Thomas Firestone officiating.
Burial in Great Lakes National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be directed to the American Red Cross or to the family.
Visitation 10am Friday at church until the time of the Mass.
Wayne was born in Flint on November 26, 1954, the son of the late James Arden and Arawana May (Fetting) Fenlon. He married Doris Richardson. Starting at 18, Wayne was manager of both Dairy Queen and Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurants. He was employed as a truck driver. Wayne was a self-employed handyman who could fix anything. Wayne then went to work with General Motors Toledo Power Train (TTO). He was a member of UAW Local #14 Toledo and a member of Knights of Columbus, Council #695. Wayne was also an avid bowler and Detroit Lions fan.
Surviving are wife, Doris;
children, Jesse, James, Ashley and fiance Dylan Cousino and Shane;
step-son, Jason;
granddaughter, Katarina;
sister, Mary (Steve);
brother, Doug (Robin)
sister, Marlane (Lisa);
and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
