Buncic, Joyce Lucille- Age 90, of Flint, died April 1, 2024. Private family services will be held at a later date with the interment at Fairview Cemetery in Linden. Arrangements are being handled by Sharp Funeral Homes, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton. Those desiring may make contributions to Compassus Hospice. Joyce was born August 16, 1933 in Flint, Michigan, the daughter of Sequel and Ruth (Ruby) Pitts. Joyce was a graduate of Mt. Pleasant High School. She married Alexander Buncic June 27, 1953 and preceded her in death on February 13, 2024. Joyce was a homemaker and raised her 3 daughters. Surviving are: daughters, Deborah Caryl of Keego Harbor, Marianne (Dr. Peter) Almeida of Cornelius, NC, and Judith (Kelly) Bolger of Campton, NH; grandchildren, Sara (Jerry) Didoszak, Katie (Brandon) Hirt, William (Katie) Caryl, Jennifer Hagerman (Dan Farrell), Megan Lineberger (Matthew), Michael Bolger; 12 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Jo-Lee Buncic; several nieces and nephews; and her beloved cats, Maggie and Baby.
