WILKEN, KARL EDWARD, “Kip”, age 79, of Goodrich, passed away January 4, 2026. He was born on April 11, 1946, in Flint, Michigan, son to the late Karl and Virginia Wilken (nee Grice). Loving father of the late Todd Wilken; dear brother of Mark (Karen) Anderson, the late Bonnie Miller and the late Dale Anderson. Also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family. Kip graduated from Genesee High School, class of 1964. Kip served his Country proudly in the United States Marine Corps. He worked for Dupont as a Lab Technician for many years. In his spare time, he was a classic car enthusiast, and also enjoyed flat track racing and ice racing his motorcycle. A committal service with military honors will take place at Great Lakes National Cemetery, in Holly, Michigan, on Friday, January 16, 2026; 1:00PM. Arrangements entrusted to Village Funeral Home- Ortonville. Memorial donations in Karl’s honor may be made to your charity of choice.
