LIVINGSTON, Fay Louise – of Montrose, age 88, died Saturday, March 30, 2019 at Ascension – Genesys Hospital in Grand Blanc. Honoring Fay’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held at a later date.
Fay was born June 19, 1930 in Clio, Michigan to the late Jerome and Gladys (Tobias) Benner. She married her loving husband of forty-two years, Harsen (Ted) Livingston on October 9, 1950 in Angola, Indiana. He preceded her in death on March 3, 1993. She resided in the Clio and Montrose area all her life. Prior to her retirement in 1990, she was a School Bus Driver for Montrose Public Schools for 18 years. Fay enjoyed playing Bingo with Rosalie, Skip-Bo with her mother, Pinochle with her brothers and sisters and other card games with Ronnie, Austin, and Ethan. She also enjoyed her weekly visits with Teri. Fay loved watching the Tigers and was an avid Wheel watcher.
Fay is survived by her daughters, Tina Traver and Georgina Livingston; grandchildren, Ronald (Kirsten) Traver III, Nicholas (Lorry) Traver, Zachary (Rachel) Traver, Michael Livingston, Aaron (Ashley) Livingston, Tim (Amanda) Livingston), Matthew (Kayla) Livingston. She is also survived by many great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and special friends, Marlene and Fran Sebesta. She was preceded in death by her parents, son Michael Livingston, son-in-law Ronald Traver Jr., siblings Howard (Lucille), Roy (Lola), Betty (Ernie), and Kay (John) and father and mother in law, Del (Georgina) Livingston.
