STODDARD, Donna Rae - Of Flint, age 83, died Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at Genesys Convalescent Center.
Funeral service will be held 1pm Saturday, March 28, 2015 at New Life Christian Fellowship Church 2237 E. Reid Road, Grand Blanc,
Pastor Jan Polidan officiating.
Burial in Crestwood Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Susan G. Komen For the Cure.
Visitation 4-8pm Friday at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint and 12noon until the time of the service at the church.
Donna was born in Flint on February 26, 1932 the daughter of the late Fredrick S. Vader and Dorothy Alderson. On June 11, 1949 she married Lewis Stoddard and he preceded her in death. She was member of New Life Christian Fellowship Church and was a member of UAW. Donna was an avid gardener and her house was featured on the Master Gardener Tour.
Surviving are daughters, Sydnie (Michael) Stoddard-Rust of Flint and Lisa (Mitch) Stoddard-Herriman of New Mexico;
son, Jeffrey Stoddard of Flint;
grandchildren, Matthew, Joshua, Scott, Jeremy and Jodi;
13 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild
She was preceded in death by parents, brother, Fred Vader and sister, Peggy Moore.
