BOYER, Kevin Patrick “KP” – of Burton, age 32, passed away on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at Hurley Medical Center. A Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison, Michigan 48423; Preacher Travis Toye, officiating. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, from 4-7 PM and again on Thursday, one hour prior to the service, beginning at 10 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to KP’s mom, Sandra Jobin. Friends and family are encouraged to bring stickers to place on KP’s casket in his honor.
KP was born in Flint, Michigan, on September 28, 1992, the beloved son of Kevin Boyer and Sandra (O’Dell) Jobin. He had a zest for life and a heart that touched everyone he met. A proud Christian and patriot, KP was an optimist and a true fighter. He enjoyed hunting, attending hockey games, fast cars, and drawing. He cherished his time at MDA camp where he loved spending time with people, always leaving them inspired with his positivity and outlook on life. He especially enjoyed watching Victory Outdoor Services, Cleetus McFarland, and Vice Grip Garage. KP found great joy in walking his dogs—Possum, Blaze, and Abbey. Above all, KP treasured his family and the moments they shared together, especially time spent with his sister, Brooke, who played video games with him and took care of him. KP’s spirit of strength, humor, and kindness will live on forever in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
KP is survived by his mother, Sandra (Phil) Jobin; his sister, Brooke Boyer; step-brother, Phillip (Kristin) Jobin; his father, Kevin Boyer; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and many other loving family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandma and grandpa O’Dell and cousin, Zach O’Dell.
