ROBINSON, Shirley Lee – of Lapeer, age 62, passed away March 9, 2011 at Brian's House Hospice of Davison. A Funeral Service will be held 2 pm Saturday, March 12, 2011 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison; Chaplain Sandy Adams officiating. Visitation will be 11 am-2 pm Saturday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to National Multiple Sclerosis Society or the American Cancer Society.
Shirley was born in Greenup, Kentucky on April 30, 1948, daughter of the late Russell and Dorothy (Clark) Griffith. Shirley Griffith married Lindsey Robinson on May 21, 1966. Her faith was with the Baptist church. Shirley loved spending time with her family; especially her grandchildren.
Shirley is survived by her husband, Lindsey; children, Lindsey (Angela) Robinson Jr., William Russell (Dana) Robinson and Teresa (Philip) Selleck; seven grandchildren; eight siblings and many other family members.
