MILITO, Francine M. - Age 93, of Flint Township, died Friday March 9, 2018. A funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:30 AM Wednesday March 14, 2108, at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 3139 Hogarth Ave, Flint. Father Anthony Strouse celebrant. Burial will follow at Sunset Hills Cemetery, Flint. Visitation will be held 4PM - 8PM Tuesday with a 7PM Rosary being prayed at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Flint. Visitation will also be held 10:30AM Wednesday until time of mass at the church. Those desiring may make contributions to Woodhaven Assisted Living or Reverence Hospice. Francine was born February 11, 1925 in Grand Rapids, Michigan, the son of the late Thomas H. and Ida (Pelletier) Loftus. Mrs. Milito married Joachim Milito on July 17, 1948 in Grand Rapids, he preceded her in death on February 11, 2014. Francine graduated from Central High School in 1942. Her great joy in life was her family and friends. Surviving are her daughter in law, Linda Sue (Jim) Kohn; children, Kenneth (Karen) Milito, Nancy Frederick (Niel), Mary Kay Plotnik, Patricia Strauss, Annette (John) Lester, Linda (Paul) Johnson and Yvonne Milito; 9 grandchildren, Marci (Dominic) Buscemi, Rhett (Gretchen) Milito, Jack (Karen) Milito, Christopher (Hiromi) Frederick, Nicholas Frederick, Jessica (Paul) Johnson, Angela and Erika Strauss, Alyssa (Jeff) Kurth; 6 great grandchildren, Jack Buscemi, Sophie Frederick, Michael, Maddox, Jayda and Karl Milito. Francine was also preceded in death by her son, Michael; brothers, John and Tom Loftus. The family wishes to express their gratitude to the staff of Woodhaven or Reverence Hospice.
