LONGUEUIL, Thomas L. – of Montrose, Michigan and Sebring, Florida, age 73, died on Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at Highlands Regional Medical Center in Sebring, Florida. Military committal services will be held at 12:30PM Thursday, December 17, 2020 at Great Lakes National Cemetery – 4200 Belford Rd., Holly Michigan, with full military honors. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice.

Tom was born June 11, 1947 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Claude and Elizabeth (Brown) Jr. He married Joyce Knowles on August 15, 1981, they enjoyed 39 years together. Mr. Longueuil is a U.S. Army Vietnam War Veteran. Tom retired from General Motors with over 30 years of service. He was a member of the American Legion Post #64, life member and former commander of the VFW Post #6579, and member of the Independent Order of Foresters for many years. Tom enjoyed volunteering with the VFW and American Legion and his time as commander. He also enjoyed camping and spending his winters in Florida with his wife and many good friends. Tom loved talking to people and never met a stranger.

Surviving are: Loving wife, Joyce Longueuil; Sons: Christian Longueuil, and Erik Longueuil; Stepchildren: Tina (Karl) Bingham, Allen Moore, Robert (Cathy) Moore, and Tiffany (Brian) Hill; 17 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; Many nieces, nephews, other loving family members and dear friends.
