Formerly of Montrose and Frankenmuth
Passed away Saturday morning Oct.1, 2011 at St.Francis Hospital South, Indianapolis, Indiana. Age 86. He was born April 13, 1925 in Saginaw. His parents were Winifred and Margaret (Albert) Teachout.
He proudly served in the Army during WWll with the 722nd Bomb Squadron. He was a mechanic by trade.
His wife Alvina F. (Schiefer) Teachout passed away on July 20, 2008.
Those left to mourn him include his 3 children: Jack Teachout and his wife Catherine Hunt, Brighton. David and Kathryn Teachout, Indianapolis. Karen and Andy Reiber, Chesaning. His 5 grandchildren: Chelsea Hunt-Teachout, Jessica Caraher, Megan Teachout, Drew (Shantel) Reiber, Cassie (Paul) Tithof. 5 great grandchildren. His sister W. Jean Daubert, Saginaw.
Those who have passed away include his parents, his brother Bill Teachout and his sister Mary Jo Diffin
Friends may call at the Misiuk Funeral Home of Chesaning on Wed. Oct. 5 from 12 noon until 9 pm.
Funeral service will take place on Thursday Oct.6, 2011 at 10:00 am at the Zion Ev. Lutheran Church, Chesaning. Friends may call at the church starting at 9 am. Pastor Joel W. Thomford will officiate with entombment at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Saginaw.
