BURROWS, Allen H. “Al” – Of Flint, age 73, died Thursday, December 25, 2014 at his residence.
Cremation has taken place.
Allen was born in Flint, Michigan on December 5, 1941, son of the late Herman and Erna (Heimburg) Burrows and was a resident of Flint.
On June 5, 1959 he married Jan Clary in Flint, Michigan.
He loved to travel, enjoyed dancing, camping and snowmobiling.
Mr. Burrows worked at GM in Skilled Trades for 37 years, retiring in 1997.
Surviving are wife, Jan;
sons, Gary, Michael (Becky) and Jim;
daughter, Marilyn (George) Zerka;
grandchildren, Jacqueline (Peter) Hallac,
Tony, Erin, Zachary (Rachel), Vincent, Gloria, Madison, Jonathan and Carson;
great-grandchildren, Emma. Ryan and P.J.;
sister, Janet Bearup and brother, Danny Burrows.
He was preceded in death by parents and brother, Marvin Burrows.
