Jo Ann Wade, 55, a resident of Hillcrest Nursing Home in Genesco,
formerly of Davenport, Iowa died Wednesday March 9, 2011 at the Nursing
Home. Cremation has been accorded and there are no services. Private
Burial will be in the Clover Chapel Cemetery, rural Woodhull, Illinois.
Memorials may left to the Hillcrest Nursing Home. Peterson Wallin Knox

She was born August 8, 1955 in Rock Island to Wilbur and Dorothy
Johnson Genung. She attended Davenport schools and married John Allen
Wade Jr. February 14, 1986 in Davenport. He died March 23, 2002.
Jo Ann was a homemaker and was a loving and caring person. She was a
devoted Christian and enjoyed reading and studying the Bible.
Survivors include her children, Tammy (Mike) Loos, Rosalind (Eric)
Barr, Raymond (Sandy) LaGrange all of Davenport, IA, Elizabeth Larson
of Edmund, WI, 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, a brother Dan
(Barb) Tusing of Woodhull, Il, mother-in-law Rose Wade of Davenport and
several Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
Her parents, husband, 1 son John A. Wade III and 3 brothers preceded her
in death .
